Board of Directors – Responsible
for the business and fiduciary needs of the church between congregational
meetings. board@sjamcc.com Children’s Ministry - is designed to meet the emotional and spiritual need of our children through Bible stories, songs and art projects. If you are interested in supporting and or serving on this ministry you can call the church office at 344-0012. Congregational Care Team - is designed to meet the many emotional, physical
and spiritual needs of this congregation.
There are a number of ministry opportunities within this team to
include prayer teams, home and hospital visits, mentoring for new people in
the church, hospitality, transportations
needs, worship leaders, greeters, ushers, and many more.

- Shared participation in worship; i.e. consecration and communion,
assists the pastor with crisis intervention needs, holy
unions/weddings, funerals and memorial services, sermons, home and hospital

Pantry Ministry - serves the HIV/AIDS
community and with emergency food staples.
It is open Thursdays from 10:00 – 2:00 and is located at the church.

and Facilities Management Ministry – maintains the gardens and land beautification, serves
the physical needs and ongoing building repairs of this church.
This ministry team is growing and is open to the many talents and
skills needed for building maintenance. If

musical support for worship to include preludes, hymns, anthems, special
music, instrumentals, etc. music@sjamcc.com Worship Team Ministry– The
worship team is comprised of the deacons, ushers, greeters, prayer team,
musicians and choir, altar guild, audio, visual and soundboard ministry,
liturgical artist, lay ministers, servers, holders, acolytes, cross bearer,
